Terms of Service for einforllc.co
These Terms of Service govern every purchase on einforllc.co. Placing an order for the $$97 EIN filing or$127 EIN Fast product forms a binding agreement between you and einforllc.co, a Delaware entity at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. The terms were last revised on 2026-07-28 and take effect at checkout.
What are you buying?
You are buying a preparation and filing service for IRS Form SS-4, which returns your LLC's EIN (Employer Identification Number). The IRS itself charges $0 for an EIN. Our fee, $97 standard or $127 EIN Fast, covers preparation of the SS-4, transmission to the IRS Cincinnati service center, and delivery of the CP-575 confirmation letter within 16 to 19 business days on Standard, or 6 to 8 business days on Fast.
What is the EIN Fast 24-hour SLA?
EIN Fast at $127 guarantees the SS-4 is transmitted to the IRS within 24 hours of a completed order. If we miss that 24-hour window because of our error, you receive a full refund of the $30 upgrade fee automatically to the original card within 3 business days. The IRS processing time itself, 16 to 19 business days on Standard or 6 to 8 on Fast, is outside our control.
What is the refund policy?
You may cancel any order for a full refund within 7 calendar days as long as we have not yet transmitted the SS-4 to the IRS. Once the SS-4 is filed and the IRS returns an EIN, the order is complete and no refund is available. Refund requests received after 7 days but before filing are honored at 50% of the $97 or $127fee.
Who is the responsible party?
You warrant that the responsible party listed on line 7a of Form SS-4 is a natural person, at least 18 years old, with authority to bind the LLC. Providing a false SSN or ITIN violates 26 U.S.C. section 7206 and can carry penalties up to $250,000 for an entity and $100,000 for an individual. We are not liable for penalties resulting from data you submit.
What are we not responsible for?
We are not responsible for IRS processing times, IRS rejections caused by data you provided, state formation delays, bank account rejections at any of the 4,900 US banks, or downstream tax filings. We are also not a law firm or CPA firm, and no attorney-client or accountant-client privilege attaches to any communication with our staff or the site's chat widget.
Where does a dispute get resolved?
Any dispute is resolved under Delaware law in the Court of Chancery in New Castle County, or in binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Rules if the amount in dispute is under $10,000. You waive the right to a class action. This clause is enforceable under 9 U.S.C. section 2 and Delaware Code Title 10 section 5701.
How do we limit liability?
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is capped at the amount you paid: either $97 or$127. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed tax deadlines, or bank account delays. This cap applies whether the claim sounds in contract, tort, or statute and survives termination of these terms.
How can we change the terms?
We may revise these terms at any time. The version in effect at the moment you place an order governs that order. Continued use of einforllc.co after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be posted at least 15 days before they take effect on this page and version-stamped at the bottom.
